What is your biggest obstacle to achieving your skating goals? 

Our challenges aren't limited to the physical requirements of figure skating: so our training shouldn't be either.
In addition to off and on-ice conditioning programs, I also draw from my backgrounds in yoga, leadership, and behavior to curate a complete training portfolio specific to your goals. 

How it works:

  1. Consultation: fill out the form below and I'll be in touch within 2-3 business days to schedule a free 15-min consultation.
  2. Intake: upon follow-up, we'll schedule a meeting (with your coach, if applicable) for a formal intake
    • I'll ask questions about your skating: training history, injuries, strengths, challenges, short and long-term goals...
    • and questions about your broader life: unique skills, learning habits, hobbies, school/work influences...
  3. Warm up: within 10 days I will create an initial program for you and we'll go over it together, piece by piece. Using feedback from this meeting I will then finalize your new and complete portfolio.
  4. Testing: Once your portfolio is complete, we will schedule one meeting—either in person or by video call—to ensure correct understanding and practice of each exercise.
  5. Performance: After 2-3 weeks of having your new training program, we'll meet one last time for an evaluation and to make any changes or alternations that might be needed.
